Dan Redolphy, PGA :: Director of Golf Operations
Originally from Binghamton, New York, Dan’s experience in the golf business goes back to one of the first Dick's Clothing and Sporting Goods stores, located in Vestal, New York. After making the move to Southwest Florida in 1999, Dan spent over 6 years at Stonebridge Country Club, one of the premier 18 hole, bundled golf communities in Naples. He was involved in all facets of the operation, including Food and Beverage, as well as administrating tournaments, providing instruction and enhancing and growing the experience of each member. In November 2007, he was named the Head Golf Professional at The Golf Club at Del Webb in the new township of Ave Maria, Florida. This start-up property allowed him to put his personal stamp on many key components of the operation. His experience in Food and Beverage allowed his start-up team to open The Cafe at Del Webb, the property’s sole provider of food and beverage service. “Our start-up team was instrumental in developing not only the overall golf operation, but the Food and Beverage operation and retail business.” Dan’s decision to make the transition back to the northeast was an easy one. "Sand Barrens is a first-class operation, and the sheer magnitude and high level of the overall operation provides a great opportunity to be involved with the region’s premier facility.” Dan is a Class “A” Member of the Professional Golfer’s Association of America (PGA) and also a member of the Association of Golf Merchandiser’s (AGM). A hockey player growing up, Dan has played at the youth, high school and college levels. In 1996 he was invited to play for the Phoenix Desert Rats of the former CIHL. Doug Delaney :: Head Golf Professional
Doug Delaney is Head Golf Professional for Sand Barrens, along with having an active role in maintaining the Pro Shop. A resident of Cape May County, he has been with Sand Barrens since 2002. Prior to this he was the Assistant Head Golf Professional at the Sand Barrens & Assistant Golf Professional at Old North State Club, New London, N.C. He is a graduate of Pfeiffer University. Doug has the knowledge and expertise to organize the perfect Golf Outing no matter how small or large. Sand Barrens' facility and world-class 27 hole course are a winning combination for a perfect day of golf. Louis Pitcock, GCSAA :: Golf Course Superintendent
An 11 year industry veteran, Louis has been working in the South Jersey golf industry for the past three years, most recently as Superintendent of Stone Harbor Golf Club. A Graduate of Ohio State University with degrees in both Turf Grass Management and Business of Horticultural Sciences, he has built his reputation at courses in the New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware areas. Dustin Robertson :: Director of Food & Beverage
Dustin Robertson is Director of Food and Beverage for Sand Barrens. She is a graduate of College of Charleston with a BA in Corporate Communication. She began as Dining Room and Banquet Manager with Sand Barrens in 2005 and was promoted to the Catering Sales Manager position in 2007. Shortly there after she relocated to Philadelphia where she continued her experience in the Hospitality industry and was working as a facility manager for Coporate Meeting and Events Facility. Miranda Duca :: Director of Catering
Miranda Duca is Director of Catering for Sand Barrens. Miranda Duca, the new Director of Catering for Sand Barrens Golf Club , has a long history of making people’s special events come to life. She comes to Sand Barrens from Congress Hall & the Virginia Hotel in Cape May where she was the Event Coordinator and Sales Manager for weddings and social events for three years. Throughout her career, she has planned events ranging from intimate beach ceremonies, to themed baby showers, and 250 guest black tie affairs. Now, she is pleased to be directing events for Sand Barrens, which has long been one of the Jersey Shore’s premier venues, Miranda is excited about the Club’s recent additions which now allow Sand Barrens to comfortably host events for well over 200 guests. She considers herself extremely fortunate for this opportunity and is looking forward to working to make every event a one-of-a-kind affair. Dave Seitz, a graduate of the Academy Of Culinary Arts, is Executive Chef for Sand Barrens. Dave has been cooking since he was 14 years old. John Lubin, PGA :: PGA Director of Instruction
John Lubin is PGA Director of Instruction. John Lubin, has more than 25 years of experience as a PGA teaching professional. He has won the “PGA Professional of the Year” award and carries the rating of "PGA Master Teaching Professional".
