Practice Facilities

Tune Up And Warm Up On Our Practice Facilities

Be sure to visit our practice facility at the Sand Barrens just before you play and also consider using our course for your practice sessions between rounds.

Head first to our driving range and start with some wedge shots and work your way up through the clubs in your bag for about 20 minutes. Balls cost $5 or $9 depending on the number purchased. There are discounts on balls for members.

We provide a double-ended driving range with a private end for members and golfers who are playing a round of golf with us that day and another set of stations at the other end of the range for public practice that can be used by those who want to drop by just for practice.

If you are playing, consider finishing your range session by “playing” the first few holes by imagining the first fairway and hitting a drive; then pretend you’re hitting your approach shot to the first green, and so forth.

Then make sure you visit our practice bunker and tune up this part of your game before
facing the challenging sand you’ll find at the Sand Barrens. Our practice bunker allows you to hit onto the range and this should help you get ready.

Finish your practice session with a trip to our putting green and spend 15 to 20 minutes on putts of varying length making sure you hole out each putt.
